Getting Started in 30 Minutes
Chatvue onboarding takes you from signup to live AI conversations in about 30 minutes. Four stages: account creation, Fanvue connection, persona training, and going live.
After creating your account, connect your Fanvue profile through the native integration. No browser extensions or API keys to configure — just authorize the connection through Fanvue's standard flow. Chatvue imports your subscriber list, conversation history, and transaction records automatically.
While the import runs (5-10 minutes for most accounts), start on your persona training. Upload 20-50 sample conversations that represent your communication style. The more variety you include — casual chat, sales conversations, boundary-setting moments — the better the AI mirrors your actual voice.
Understanding Your Dashboard
The dashboard has four main sections:
- Conversations: Live view of all active subscriber chats. AI-handled messages are marked with confidence scores. Click any conversation to review the AI's responses and intervene if needed.
- Pipeline: Visual map of your 10-stage revenue pipeline showing how many subscribers sit at each stage and their movement trends over time.
- Analytics: Revenue metrics, response times, conversion rates, and subscriber retention data updated in real time.
- Settings: Persona configuration, content boundaries, timing preferences, and notification rules.
Spend 10 minutes exploring the dashboard during onboarding. Knowing where to find your metrics means you can spot issues quickly once the AI goes live.
Your First Week
During week one, keep the AI at 50% conversation coverage. Monitor the Conversations tab daily, reviewing AI responses for accuracy and tone. Most creators find 3-5 messages out of every 100 that need adjustment — flag these to improve the persona.
By day 3-4, you'll have enough confidence to increase coverage to 80-90%. By week two, most creators run at 95%+ AI coverage, checking the dashboard once or twice daily rather than monitoring every message. Get early access to start your onboarding.
