Look for correlations. Do you notice that PPV revenue spikes when you post more frequently to your feed? That's because feed content keeps subscribers engaged and primed to buy. Does churn increase during weeks when you respond to DMs slowly? That confirms the connection between responsiveness and retention.

Your subscriber lifetime value is the most important number to track over time. If it's increasing, your business is getting healthier regardless of what individual metrics do month to month.

Analytics are only useful if they change your behavior. Review your dashboard weekly and pick one metric to improve. If churn is high, focus on retention tactics. If PPV revenue is flat, experiment with pricing or timing. If response time is slow, consider automation.
